How are the three offers different?
Coaching helps you work through leadership decisions. Consulting addresses a specific problem in your organization. Fractional communications leadership provides ongoing, part-time support for your communications team.
How are scope and investment decided?
We agree on the scope and investment before work begins.
Does fractional leadership replace our team?
No. It complements your internal team. Your leadership retains final decisions and employment authority; your internal team or creative partners execute production.
Is creative production included?
Creative production is available through Creative Ministry Network under a separate scope. It is not bundled into personal coaching, consulting, or fractional leadership.
How do we review progress?
We review progress against the priorities we agree on and adjust the next steps together. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
